We do not merely rent out office and business space. We also like to think of ourselves as service providers. Most of our services are included in our rental price. We request a contribution for our optional services.

• reception of visitors
• use of three fully equipped meeting rooms
• kitchen and canteen
• secretarial work
• mail distribution (individual mailbox for every company)
• telephone answering service in your absence
• security: every office is connected to the control room and alarm intervention
• heated offices
• global fire policy
• waste pick-up
• use of car park (80 spaces)
• Internet connection
• connection to the phone switchboard
• two telephone lines

The main optional services are:

• use of photocopier (B&W and colour)
• coffee, soft drinks and sweets vending machines
• catering
• use of stamp machine
• use of lcd projector
• scanner
• various binding machines
